​How Do I Place An Order?
You may place your items in your "Mermaid Purse" and pay online. You will receive a confirmation with shipping info.
To place a custom order please use the contact page to send the request, I will contact you to confirm.
Payment:
Payment must be received before an item is shipped.
On custom orders or specific new designs quotes are provided and agreed upon before order is placed.

Payment Plans:
Payment plans are available upon request.
My passion is to create beautiful and wonderful pieces that bring joy and truly "adorn" the wearer. Therefore do not hesitate to ask about payment plans that work within your budget.

Returns & Refunds:
There are no refunds.
If an item is damaged when received, please return it and I will replace it. All items are insured when shipped and correct packing is essential.

Future Repairs:
It is my hope that the pieces will bring joy to the owner for many years!
Due to the fragile nature of some of the pieces with natural shells, accidents may happen. If a special piece is in need of repair, contact me directly to make the necessary arrangements.
. I will repair the piece at no cost.
The shipping costs and any replacement parts will be paid by the owner. This cost will be agreed upon by the owner and Miskatonic Mermaids before repair is completed.
